Standards in Our Pawn Shop is what makes our shop different. We work towards these standards in customer service, store presentation, and asset management. Although your particular store may differ, learn to establish, measure, and meet standards. This training topic is divided into several sub sections which have quizzes after each. There are 2 quizzes after Level 32E. Take them both as well as the quizzes after 32A thru 32D. There is a PawnTrain SOP that you can download. After you have completed all of the training and passed all of the quizzes, ask your manager if they want you to take the Accreditation Certification Exam. You can take the Accreditation Certification Exam by going to class #505.
