This section serves as a great overview of the entire Diamond Requisites Training and gives an additional perspective on Diamond Cut. It's the last session before taking the PawnTrain Diamond Requisites Final Exam.
As part of the Loss Prevention Training, we will learn that although the average robbery is over in 60-seconds, it should be your goal to get the robber to leave the building even sooner. In the same situation, when the employees are knowledgeable and prepared, the robber gets out quickly without any surprises and injuries are less likely to occur. Internal theft, also known as employee theft, is defined as “employees stealing from the company in which they work” and is considered one of the greatest threats to high-risk businesses. Internal theft is a chronic problem across industries, and it is estimated that 95% of all businesses experience internal theft. Additionally, approximately 80% of all financial and product loss can be attributed to internal theft and up to 33% of all business bankruptcies are caused by internal losses. Shoplifting is the most common property crime in the United States and more than 500,000 shoplifting incidents occur every day. This results in $13 billion worth of goods stolen each year[1] which impacts retailers across industry sectors. Shoplifting incidents are more prevalent in areas with denser populations but can occur anywhere. Large cities such as Los Angeles, Dallas, New York City, and Miami have become hot spots for shoplifting due to their size and multiple escape routes. Within your business, fraud can take many forms, so it is important that you and your coworkers are educated in these methods to protect your store and its sensitive data. Attempts to scam you and your business may take place via phone calls, text messages, emails, social media, or the internet and aim to gain access to sensitive information. Satisfactory Completion of this Major Exam will earn an Official Certificate mailed to you.
This session lays the foundation for the importance of Time Management in our Pawn Shop. Take this session, then the quiz. Afterwards, proceed to another time management session.
This exam covers the entire History Of Pawn by PawnTrain. Information on this Exam will cover the major parts of the content covered. Make sure you set aside enough time to get through this uninterrupted. Unlike quizzes, you only get 1 chance to pass the exam. Additionally, time is tight as I don't want you "looking up the answers". You need to "Know it". So, study hard.
This training is meant for those who want to know more about the Product Protection Plan, or VIP. Future sessions will train the team member on how to use these programs.
To increase our Sales and Loans, many times we focus on brand new customers. But, what about those customers who were our customers before? How can we reach out?
This multi level series begins with background on the brand, and moves through styles and products. You will complete quizzes along the way, and perform an exam at the end.
Class #503 is a Timepiece Education Final Exam you may want to take after you have completed all of the training and quizzes.
Note. After taking all of the Timepiece Education classes and quizzes with a passing score of 70% or better, you can proceed to the Timepiece Final Exam #503. There, you can take the Final Exam and Receive your certificate. You will not receive the certificate at the end of these 5 classes. You must go take the Final Exam. Pawn Service Charges earned on your Loan Balance gives you your Loan Yield. Learn about many ratios affecting your Loan Portfolio. This phase is not fully complete thus a certificate is not available.
Success Now Achieve Profit is a Store Visit Summary of the ability of the store to grow in the Key Areas. After the training, take the quiz. While visiting stores, use the attached checklist.

Basic dashboard training. Learn Fundamentals of the Bravo Pawn Software platform. This phase is not fully complete thus a certificate is not available.
Standards in Our Pawn Shop is what makes our shop different. We work towards these standards in customer service, store presentation, and asset management. Although your particular store may differ, learn to establish, measure, and meet standards. This training topic is divided into several sub sections which have quizzes after each. There are 2 quizzes after Level 32E. Take them both as well as the quizzes after 32A thru 32D.

504-Final Exam-General Loss Prevention-Phase Certification
After completing the Loss Prevention & General Asset Protection Topics, take this Major Exam should be taken. This is multiple choice and you have 1 opportunity. There are 30 questions scored at 3.33 points each. There is no time limit.
After completing all of these topics, take the Final Exam: Loan Standards, NEHA, Sales & Buy Standards, Layaway & Financial Metrics. A 75% is passing and you can take this one time.
